Terms and Conditions for Bowsersoftware

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to the use of Bowsersoftware’s advanced scraping tool. Our service is designed for businesses and developers, offering a high-complexity setup with more than 1000 browsers, integrated proxies, and multiple request options, with the ability to execute JavaScript or run in a no-JavaScript mode. Users can submit requests via normal POST methods. We also offer a replay feature, storing request data for 24 hours.

2. Scope of the Service

Bowsersoftware provides a web scraping tool to help businesses and developers gather online data efficiently. Subscriptions are required to access our scraping features, including the ability to handle JavaScript rendering, proxy rotation, replaying requests, and more.

3. User Restrictions

To use Bowsersoftware’s service, you must be at least 18 years old and legally competent. Individuals under guardianship must obtain permission from their guardian. It is strictly prohibited to share your user account or login details with others. Violating these rules may result in warnings or permanent suspension from the service.

4. Subscription Terms

When you subscribe to Bowsersoftware’s service, payment is processed through Stripe using a credit card. Once the subscription is paid, it is binding for the chosen period, and no refunds will be provided if the subscription is canceled early. Bowsersoftware reserves the right to make changes to the subscription terms with 30 days’ notice, sent to your registered email address. Our subscriptions do not require a fixed commitment period, and cancellation can be made via email to info@bowsersoftware.com or through our online self-service portal. Accounts that remain inactive for more than 12 months may be disabled at Bowsersoftware’s discretion.

5. Disclaimer

Bowsersoftware provides a scraping tool capable of handling JavaScript-based or non-JavaScript requests, proxy rotation, and multiple concurrent requests. While we strive for accuracy and service availability, Bowsersoftware assumes no responsibility for any disruptions, technical issues, or the accuracy of scraped data. We do not guarantee continuous uptime, and the service is used at the user’s own risk.

6. Complaint Procedure

If you, as a consumer, wish to complain about your purchase, please contact customer service at info@bowsersoftware.com. If you are unable to reach a resolution with us, you can submit a complaint to: Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, www.forbrug.dk. If you reside in an EU country outside of Denmark, you can submit a complaint via the EU Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution portal.
